Our Story
There’s a reason we’re called Mountain Mantra.
Our founder, Sanjeev Patil, grew up watching his father train before sunrise. Steady habits, no fuss, a body kept strong because it mattered. Later, a career in the police force turned that example into something he had to live by every day. His son, Mithilesh, grew up in the same rhythm. He won gold as an Ironman, and these days he climbs real mountains.
Mountains teach you something ordinary training never does. Effort gets you moving, but effort alone is not what gets you to the top. What gets you there is how well you rested the night before. The sleep, the release in tired muscles, the care you take when nobody is watching.
That quieter half of the story is the part we built this place around.
