Our Story
Mountain Mantra began at home, in a family where fitness was never a phase.
Our founder, Sanjeev Patil, grew up watching his father live by discipline, early mornings, steady habits, and a body kept strong because it mattered. That example shaped him. Years later, a career in the police force made the same discipline a daily requirement, and fitness became less a pursuit than a way of living.
His son, Mithilesh, grew up inside that rhythm. He began training young, went on to win gold as an Ironman, and now climbs mountains, a life built on the same foundation, carried further.
Over time, one belief settled in: the strength this family found in wellness shouldn’t stay within it. Mountain Mantra is how they give it back: a place to help others begin their own journey and to teach why fitness and wellbeing are worth the effort.
